Installation/Sculpture Hire Agreement

BACKGROUND

• The client believes that the contractor has the necessary qualifications, experience, and abilities to provide services.

• The contractor agrees to provide these services to the client under the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

IN CONSIDERATION OF THE MATTERS DESCRIBED ABOVE AND THE MUTUAL BENEFITS AND OBLIGATIONS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT, THE RECEIPT AND SUFFICIENCY OF WHICH CONSIDERATION IS HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGED, THE CLIENT AND THE CONTRACTOR (INDIVIDUALLY THE "PARTY" AND COLLECTIVELY THE "PARTIES" TO THIS AGREEMENT) AGREE AS FOLLOWS:

SERVICES PROVIDED

1. The client agrees to hire the contractor to provide the following services ("the Services"):

• Giant paper flower installation or other services as outlined in the project-specific quote.

• Maintenance options for long-term displays, if applicable.

• Delivery, setup, and removal services as specified in the scope of work.

2. The services will also include any other tasks agreed upon by both parties in writing.

TERM OF AGREEMENT

The term of this agreement ("the Term" will begin on the date of signing and will remain in effect until terminated by either party as outlined in this agreement. Any extensions or amendments must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

PAYMENT

• Fees: The contractor will charge the client the amount outlined in the approved project quote.

• Upfront Payment: 100% of the payment is required upfront within seven (7) days of receiving the invoice.

• Repair Fees: A $500.00 repair fee per sculpture will be charged for significant damages, including but not limited to tears exceeding 10cm, detached components, or missing pieces.

• All payments are in AUD and include applicable GST unless otherwise specified.

• Total Payment: The amount stated in the invoice.
