About Jotterbook Flowers
Jotterbook Flowers is home to Perth's most unique paper flower workshops, art installations and events.
We are on a mission to make the world a brighter place through creative experiences and giant flower sculptures that bring joy to people's lives and celebrate nature's beauty.
We believe in:
Excellence - Having incredibly high standards for ourselves and for our guests and clients so as to provide the highest-quality experiences and services for them.
Kindness - Showing ourselves and others grace and compassion when things go wrong; we do not beat ourselves up, but rather reach out for support and see mistakes as valuable learning opportunities.
Authenticity - We are honest with ourselves and with each other, honouring the importance of living a life that is aligned with our core values.
Anti-perfectionism - Perfectionism stifles creative expression and limits artistic freedom. We are not afraid to fail, learn and grow, again and again, in order to reach new heights in what we can achieve.

You'll receive on-the-job training and easy-to-follow guides and templates during your onboarding.
This role is for you if:
✅ You're a warm, people-oriented person who makes others feel safe and welcome
✅ You take initiative, follow through, and hold yourself to a high standard
✅ You stay calm and focused, even when things get busy or unpredictable
✅ You have a good eye for aesthetics and care about creating beautiful experiences
✅ You’re reliable, honest, and bring a strong sense of personal integrity
✅ You’re physically capable — some lifting, ladder work, and hands-on setup is part of the job (training provided)
✅ You’re flexible with your availability, especially on weekends
✅ You’re looking for meaningful, creative work where you can make a real difference

This role is NOT for you if:
❌ You prefer roles that are purely behind-the-scenes, without much human interaction
❌ You don’t feel comfortable presenting to groups or creating a warm, welcoming environment
❌ You’re seeking a role with clear-cut routines and predictability, rather than one that evolves week to week
❌ You thrive under constant supervision rather than taking initiative independently
❌ You struggle with self-belief and regularly doubt your abilities (we’ll support you, but confidence matters in this role)
❌ You’re just after a job to clock in and out of — this work has heart, and we’re looking for someone who cares about making a difference
