Terms and conditions

Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the project, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.
Payment confirms your booking and allows us to proceed with purchasing materials and commencing work on your installation.
Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods listed on your invoice.

Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds

Cancellations with More Than 30 Days' Notice: The Client may cancel with more than thirty (30) days' notice and receive a 50% refund. The Client will also have the option to reschedule the service once within a three (3) month period, subject to Jotterbook Flowers' availability. If the service is rescheduled, no refunds will be provided.
Cancellations with Less Than 30 Days' Notice: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled service. However, the Client will have the option to reschedule the service once within a three (3) month period, subject to the Jotterbook Flowers' availability. If the service is rescheduled, no refunds will be provided.
If Jotterbook Flowers must terminate the Agreement due to unforeseen circumstances, the Client will receive a full refund of all payments made.
Force majeure events, such as natural disasters or government restrictions, will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, with both Parties agreeing to work toward a fair resolution.

Damage and Liability

Jotterbook Flowers ensures all equipment and tools used at the workshop are in safe working condition.
Minor wear and tear to equipment as a result of usual use in the workshop are acceptable, however, significant damages caused to equipment or materials as a result of the workshop will incur a repair fee based on the cost of replacing said materials or equipment. installations are safe and secure upon completion.

Travel and Additional Costs

Travel is included within 30km of Fremantle, WA. Additional fees apply for venues beyond this range, which will be quoted separately.

Photography and Documentation

Jotterbook Flowers retains the right to photograph the installation for marketing purposes unless otherwise specified in this form.

Safety Guidelines

Participants must follow the safety instructions provided by our team.
Jotterbook Flowers reserves the right to terminate the workshop if safety is compromised.
Participants will be using hot glue guns and scissors during this workshop, unless specified otherwise.
As a result, participants must be aged over 7 years old, and children aged between 7-12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
