THIS PRIVATE WORKSHOP AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is dated this:

BACKGROUND

• The Client is interested in booking a private creative workshop with the Contractor.

• The Contractor agrees to provide such a workshop under the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.

WORKSHOP DETAILS

• The Client agrees to engage the Contractor to provide a private creative workshop.

• The Workshop includes instruction, necessary materials, and the agreed-upon number of participants.

• Duration and location are specified in the booking confirmation.

PAYMENT

• Fees: Total cost provided in the booking confirmation.

• Upfront Payment: 100% of the total payment is required within seven (7) days of invoice receipt.

• Total Payment Requested: $250 deposit.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

• More than 14 days' notice: 50% refund, option to reschedule once within 3 months (no refund if rescheduled).

• Less than 14 days' notice: No refund, but can reschedule once within 3 months.

• If the Contractor cancels, a full refund will be issued.

TRAVEL FEES

• Travel fees apply for workshops held outside a 20km radius from Jotterbook Flowers' studio.

• Fees will be disclosed in the booking confirmation.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA

• Contractor reserves the right to take photos/videos for marketing.

• Client grants permission unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

• Contractor maintains public liability insurance.

• Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Contractor.
