Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the project, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.

Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds

• Cancellations with More Than 30 Days' Notice: The Client may cancel with more than thirty (30) days' notice and receive a 50% refund. The Client will also have the option to reschedule the service once within a three (3) month period, subject to Jotterbook Flowers' availability. If the service is rescheduled, no refunds will be provided.

• Cancellations with Less Than 30 Days' Notice: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled service. However, the Client will have the option to reschedule the service once within a three (3) month period, subject to the Jotterbook Flowers' availability. If the service is rescheduled, no refunds will be provided.

• If Jotterbook Flowers must terminate the Agreement due to unforeseen circumstances, the Client will receive a full refund of all payments made.

• Force majeure events, such as natural disasters or government restrictions, will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, with both Parties agreeing to work toward a fair resolution.

Damage and Liability

• Jotterbook Flowers ensures all installations are safe and secure upon completion. However, the client is responsible for the sculptures and any damages occurring during the event.

• We understand that our sculptures are delicate and wear and tear happens over time. However, any damages affecting the structural integrity of the sculptures caused during your event (e.g., tears over 20cm, water damage, or broken elements) will incur a repair fee of $300 per sculpture.

Travel and Additional Costs

• Travel is included within the Perth Metro area. Additional fees apply for venues beyond this range, which will be quoted separately.

Photography and Documentation

• Jotterbook Flowers retains the right to photograph the installation for marketing purposes unless otherwise specified by the client.

Outdoor Installations

• Sculptures are best suited for indoor or undercover venues. Fully outdoor installations are not recommended due to the sensitivity of materials to heat, moisture, and strong movements.

Will I get exactly what is show in the photo?

Our sculptures are completely handcrafted, so you might see slight variations in colour, texture or height of your sculptures, just like in nature.

How tall are the sculptures?

Each one is approx. 1.5–2m tall with sturdy vine-covered bases — making them beautifully visually striking across large venues.

Can I hire these sculptures outside the Perth metro area?

Yes! Custom quotes are available for travelling outside of the Perth Metro area. Please let us know your address at checkout and we'll create a custom quote for you.

Can the sculptures be displayed outdoors?

Yes, only in in sheltered settings away from extreme weather.
