Shipping: Orders are shipped every Friday! We ship Australia-wide, with free shipping for orders over $150. You can also pick up your order from our Fremantle shop on Fridays and Saturdays from 10am-1pm.
Craft Combo upgrade: You'll need a hot glue gun (low temp recommended) and a pair of craft scissors to complete this project. Upgrade your kit with our Craft Combo (+$35) to get all tools included!

Yes - there are a few extra things you'll need to complete this project:

You can upgrade your kit to our combo set giving you a hot glue gun and a free pair of craft scissors!

Wrapping paper and ribbon to wrap your bouquet in can be found at your local craft store - or you can upcycle a vase you have at home, or even arrange your flowers into a wreath or flower crown instead.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

Has your kit arrived damaged or is something missing? Contact us with a description and photos of the damaged item and we can help fix the issue ASAP! We can provide replacements if a kit is faulty or refund your purchase if a replacement is unavailable.

REFUNDS:

If you are entitled to a refund (which must be confirmed with us at hello@jotterbookflowers.com) we will notify you when your return has been received and inspected. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund so there may be a delay.

SHIPPING RETURNS:

To organise a return, please email us at hello@jotterbookflowers.com.

In the case of a damaged/incorrect item we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send this back to us. If the item was not damaged/incorrect and you are returning a kit due to change of mind, the return shipping cost will be at your own expense.

If you are returning an item, please ensure you have tracking as we cannot be held responsible for the item until it has been received by us.

EXCLUSIONS TO OUR POLICY:

Occasionally we may have items that cannot be returned/exchanged. If an item is excluded from our returns policy, it will be clearly stated on the product page.

Items that cannot be returned are sale items, gift cards, perishable goods (eg. Food), custom items (eg. Personalised products) and personal hygiene products (eg. Earrings).
